Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a dedicated shift at an assigned client site in Columbus, OH. You will supervise officers, coordinate with site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensure delivery of quality services while coaching staff and enforcing policies.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and reporting abilities; a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of verifiable security experience

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience supervising security staff preferred.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in a clear, legible manner.
• Must meet licensing and background check requirements as applicable.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift and coordinate with the site supervisor.
• Act as liaison between the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved policies.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services on the shift.
