Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of services on a morning/afternoon shift at a Lima, Ohio client site. You will supervise security staff, coordinate with the site supervisor and account/field operations, and ensure professional, reliable service.

Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record as required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service delivery on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
