Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional interpersonal skills; initiative and judgment.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
