Job summary

Colonial Downs Group LLC is seeking a Security Shift Manager to ensure a high level of guest service and safety across the property, under the Security Director. The role involves supervising security staff, managing incidents, and coordinating with first responders when needed.

Ideal candidates have the required experience in security or related fields, possess strong English communication skills, and are able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, security, or related field.
• One year in supervisory role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Must obtain and maintain racing license where applicable.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of guest service to guests, team members, and vendors.
• Manage daily activities of Security staff for assigned shifts.
• Schedule rotation of officers across posts.
• Maintain performance, staff, and operational records.
• Oversee property and Company assets security.
• Ensure safety of guests, team members, and property.
