Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Security Manager to supervise the security shift, coordinate schedules, and uphold service standards across the department. The role emphasizes safeguarding guests and staff while maintaining daily operational control.

The successful candidate will assist in budgeting, generate security incident reports, and collaborate with regulators and law enforcement to ensure compliance and safety across the property.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated shift in Security.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager with emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report budget concerns to management.
• Provide superior customer service and ensure standards are followed by all team members.
• Interact with regulatory, fire/rescue, and law enforcement agencies as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and company matters.
