• Delegate duties and assign responsibilities to staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Assist in hiring and termination processes.
• Investigate incidents and guest complaints; compile data for reports.
• Schedule officer rotations and conduct trainings.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures during shifts.
