Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.

The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have either a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the general public and staff.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs; read operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving history meeting company requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and ensure exceptional customer service at the client site.
