Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for an apartment complex. The role is full time with a $22.00 hourly rate.

You will supervise the security staff on the assigned shift, coordinate service delivery, and act as a liaison between site management and officers to ensure professional, reliable service. Candidates should have at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and a clean driving record if applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if position requires driving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Maintain professional client relations and ensure high service quality.
