Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Minnesota to lead a security team on a part-time, on-call basis. The role includes coordinating services, coaching officers, and acting as a liaison with account management to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Supervisory or management experience or military leadership required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
