Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Security Officer on an on-site basis in Michigan. The role involves supervising one shift as a supervisor and two shifts as a security officer, with weekly pay and benefits after 90 days.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage crises and incidents while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug test may be required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (where applicable).
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment guidelines.
• Ensure safety, security, and customer service standards are met.
