Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for an immediate Shift Supervisor/Security Officer role in Michigan. You will work 3 shifts as a Supervisor and 2 as a Security Officer, with pay of $20.74/hour for the Supervisor and $18.68/hour for the Officer.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare clear written reports and logs; read procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws before employment.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
