Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a team on a designated shift at a client site in Pasco, WA. The role includes supervising officers, coordinating with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining safety and compliance, and preparing clear reports and logs. A valid license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs neatly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate with site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within guidelines.
• Maintain client site safety, security, and customer service standards.
