Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Sunnyvale, TX to supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift.

You will act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and discipline as needed. Must have 18+ years old, HS diploma or 5 years experience, strong communication, and ability to write reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Prepare written reports and logs regarding site activity.
