Job summary

Allied Universal in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a dedicated security team on a specific shift at a client site. You will coordinate with site supervisors and account managers to ensure delivery of high-quality security services.

The role requires 2+ years security experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. You will train officers, prepare incident reports, and maintain logs while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs neatly
• Must read and understand operating procedures
• License requirements may apply by state/local laws
• Valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening post-offer
• Intermediate computer skills for client sites
• Ability to handle both normal and crisis situations calmly
• Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 40 pounds when required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with procedures
