Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and field operations, supervising staff, providing coaching and enforcing policy within empowerment guidelines.

Requirements include 18+, a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to prepare

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driving position: valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, required insurance.
• Must pass background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless client-site tech.

Responsibilities
