Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role involves coordinating security officers, reporting, and acting as a liaison between site leadership and account management to ensure quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or 5 years of verifiable experience), strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client sites.
