Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an empowerment range.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid Driver's License with driving history requirements as described.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless client-site technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
