Job summary

You will enforce regulatory compliance, monitor budgets, and ensure top-tier guest safety and service. The role requires strong leadership and clear communication to coordinate with management and staff.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, post inspections, and maintaining safety programs while promoting a culture of professional conduct and confidentiality on property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or three years of casino security, military, or police experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers and guests.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff to resolve problems diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated shift in Security.
• Support and monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budget processes and report budget concerns to management.
• Promote superior customer service in line with company standards.
• Ensure security standards and compliance with regulations.
• Act as Security Manager on duty when the Shift Manager is absent.
• Enforce internal controls, including underage gambling and alcohol laws.
• Maintain safety and inspection reports for the property.
• Conduct regular security post inspections and log incidents.
• Respond to guest and employee concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure officers adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
