Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Security Manager to lead the daily operations of the Security Department, ensuring guest and asset safety while adhering to regulatory standards. You will develop security staff, manage scheduling, and support budgeting within our comprehensive Total Rewards program.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, incident reporting, and the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or five years of casino Security, military, or police experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of leadership experience highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Security Department and supervise security staff.
• Create effective schedules and manage labor costs to meet staffing objectives.
• Assist in budgeting and report budget concerns to management.
• Promote superior customer service and ensure standards are followed by all team members.
• Liaise with law enforcement, fire departments, and gaming regulators as needed.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports on losses or violations; protect company assets.
