Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of staff and the public.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to understand and follow operating procedures/instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Ability to operate client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed on shift.
