Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor at downtown Chicago real estate properties. The role will supervise security officers on a shift, coordinate with site supervisors and account managers, and ensure delivery of high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting; read and understand procedures.
• Driver's license with driving history requirements for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Ensure delivery of quality services on assigned shift.
