Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the Los Angeles area. The role supervises security staff on a specific shift and serves as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.

Qualified applicants are 18+, with a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and must demonstrate strong written/oral communication. A valid driver’s license and background/drug checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate with site supervisor.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs.
