Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Oak Park, IL. The role requires supervising and coordinating security staff on a given shift, ensuring quality service while liaising with Account Manager and site leadership.

You will lead by example, coach officers, and help enforce policies with a focus on safety and customer service. Must be able to work flexible shifts and meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Must possess valid Driver’s License and driving record requirements.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening post-offer.
• Basic computer skills for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and logs as required.
