Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in security operations.
• Basic knowledge of civil and criminal laws.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid security license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, development, motivation and supervision of security team members.
• Maintain awareness of property activity and respond to incidents.
• Assist with department management plans including budgets and labor schedules.
• Help develop policies and procedures to comply with guidelines.
• Ensure proper arrest procedures and liaise with authorities.
• Maintain information on threats and communicate with security partners.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest service at all times.
• Support department management during terminations, thefts, investigations and procedures.
• Handle occupational injury reports and maintain safety procedures.
• Oversee training classes (CPR, Fire Response, First-Aid, etc.).
• Ensure proper procedures for Games Department operations.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
