Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City (NJ) seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee all security and field activities across the hotel/casino complex, protecting assets and guests while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include guiding staff to deliver Family Style Service, coordinating with management on suspect activity, advising guests, and maintaining compliance with casino regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year security operations experience or law enforcement preferred.
• Prior experience as a Security Specialist preferred.
• Must have keen observation and reporting skills.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess extensive computer knowledge.
• Must have ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Roves or stands posts to ensure safety and security or to observe suspect activity or underage gamblers.
• Coordinates and handles all suspect activity with management.
• Provides assistance and directions to guests.
• Ensures staff is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures staff upholds the Family Style Service model at all times.
