Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Security Department and safeguard guests, employees, and assets.
• Determine manpower requirements and schedule personnel for optimal coverage and labor cost control.
• Counsel, guide, and instruct personnel on proper performance of duties.
• Handle hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement on mutual concerns.
• Direct staff, monitor productivity and efficiency, and recommend changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
