Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Security team seeks a Security Supervisor to lead daily protection operations and oversee Security Officers on assigned shifts. You will ensure safety for guests, team members, assets, and gaming activities while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

You will manage access control, key systems, and incident reporting, and you will participate in staff development and emergency response planning to uphold high security standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age minimum.
• Prior security supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in casino, hospitality, gaming, law enforcement, military, or related security environments preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming and regulatory licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Security Department during assigned shifts.
• Supervise all Security Officers and security activities occurring during each shift.
• Determine staffing requirements and schedule personnel to maximize security coverage while controlling labor costs.
• Develop and maintain weekly shift schedules.
• Serve as the senior security leader on duty in the absence of the Security Shift Manager.
• Safeguard company assets, employees, guests, and property.
• Coordinate security response activities during emergency situations.
