Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years Guest Safety experience or related casino experience required.
• Prefer individual with two years police, military police, or casino security experience.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and manage personnel to follow Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure all reports and correspondence are completed timely.
• Answer telephones and dispatch to appropriate departments.
• Control responding forces and handle emergencies using proper safety procedures.
• Train and evaluate subordinates; conduct on-the-job training for new Officers.
