Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Security Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned site in Boston. The role includes supervising security staff, coordinating with the Account Manager, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Starting pay is $24.50 per hour with potential for growth. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
