Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a corporate site in Framingham, MA. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, with a starting rate of $22.93 per hour plus orientation.

You will supervise security staff on the assigned shift, ensure delivery of high-quality services, and serve as the link between site leadership and officers. The position requires strong communication, the ability to prepare reports, and the capacity to manage crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Drivers license with driving experience and clean record for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary actions within approved guidelines.
