Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Management Company in Allston, MA. The role involves supervising security officers on a specific shift and coordinating with the site supervisor and Account Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory security experience, is 18+ and holds a HS diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $23.14 per hour with paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and driving record criteria.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
