Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a corporate site in Framingham, MA. Full-time hours Sunday through Thursday with weekly pay and paid orientation.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee the delivery of services on the assigned shift, coordinating with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and coaching officers to meet standards. Candidates must be 18+, have a diploma or 5 years experience, and pass required checks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; initiative within guidelines.
• Must prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record as per policy.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly with strong customer service.
