Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a Sacramento-area client site. The role focuses on supervising officers, coordinating service delivery, and acting as the link between site supervision and account management.

The ideal candidate will have security leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage reports and incidents with professionalism while ensuring high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at the customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service on site.
