Job summary

Allied Universal in Sherman, TX is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift at an assigned account. You will supervise officers, coach staff, and coordinate with the site supervisor and Account Manager to ensure quality service and safety.

The role is full-time, with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour. Strong communication, reporting and crisis-management skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
