Qualifications

• No Driver’s License required.
• Knowledge of US and Minnesota laws required.

• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of Security Floor Supervisors and security officers during the assigned shift.
• Review and approve time off requests, shift swaps, and schedule changes with staffing needs.
• Create and maintain the weekly security officer schedule and shift coverage.
• Conduct and document annual performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Assist Security Manager with audits, investigations, training, policies, and emergency planning.
• Monitor daily shift activity, review reports, and escalate incidents as needed.
• Maintain focus on customer service, internal controls, and procedural compliance.
• Support training, mentoring, and development across all security levels.
• Act as on-duty leadership in absence of Security Manager or Control Officer.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs during shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and manage on-scene activities until relieved.
