Job summary

Bally’s Corporation in Black Hawk, CO seeks a Security Shift Supervisor to manage the Security Department on the assigned shift across Bally’s Black Hawk properties. You will oversee all security operations, ensure compliance with federal, state, and gaming regulations, and act as the Security Director’s representative with guests and staff.

You will lead security officers, drive top-tier guest service, and coordinate with the Manager on Duty to address issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in security operations and management, casino experience preferred.
• Colorado gaming license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead security officers on shift and coordinate security operations.
• Act as representative of Security Director with guests and staff.
• Motivate and support team; enforce policies and guest service standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Internal Control Procedures, and company policies.
• Respond to guest issues and coordinate with Manager on Duty.
• Communicate marketing/promotional information to guests.
