Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage the Security Department on assigned shifts across Bally’s Black Hawk casinos in Colorado. You will oversee all security operations, ensure compliance with state gaming regulations, and represent the Security Director in guest and team interactions.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff motivation, policy adherence, and maintaining high guest service standards while staying current with laws and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Experienced in conflict resolution, leadership, and relations with outside agencies.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Leads security officers on shift.
• Oversees all casino security operations including gaming and non-gaming aspects.
• Represents the Security Director in relations with guests and team members.
• Motivates, guides, and supports team members in their duties.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and guest service standards.
• Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and Internal Control Procedures.
