Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting and to read operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality service on a specific shift at a client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Maintain professional conduct and crisis response at the client site.
