Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high profile client in Bellevue, WA. The role oversees security for a facility and campus during a designated shift, enforcing policies and post orders while deterring crime and ensuring safety.

Pay rate is USD $28.50 per hour. The position requires at least 1 year of security experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant licensing where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Associates or higher education or military/police service are preferred.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Two+ years of verifiable work experience with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow orders, stay calm during emergencies, and produce clear reports.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong planning and organizing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding performance of their duties.
• Cross-training officers to enhance versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or predefined levels.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Perform payroll reviews and assist in security surveys and post order preparation.
