Paycom - ATS is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, lead a team, and respond to incidents on a casino property. The role emphasizes de-escalation, professional guest service, and strict adherence to policies and tribal regulations.

The position requires at least 2 years in casino/security environments, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain the Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission license.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and discretion are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and incidents in real time; coordinate with internal teams and first responders.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training with emphasis on de-escalation and guest service.
• Conduct routine patrols of casino floor, hotel, and parking areas to ensure safety.
• Review incident reports and daily logs; provide feedback to management on quality and follow-up needs.
• Coordinate with Surveillance, Hotel, Slots, Gaming and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a visible, composed leadership presence and engage respectfully with guests and staff.
