Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure compliance with post orders, complete rounds, and file required reports while coordinating with management for adequate coverage.

You will coach staff, document performance actions, and liaise with client representatives to uphold security standards and deliver quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Ensure rounds are completed, reports filed, and emergencies reported to authorities and client.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate post coverage and staffing.
• Prepare and submit payroll and personnel information as designated.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
