You will respond to routine maintenance and service calls, diagnose issues, repair or replace defective parts, and install projects as needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Developing exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Developing technical skills related to building automation and electronic security systems.
• Ability to develop basic programming skills and troubleshoot problems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service calls and maintenance visits; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace parts and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary and provide custom systems integrations when needed.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operations and knowledge sharing.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems.
