Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and after-hours service calls, diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems as needed.
• Install projects as necessary and ensure proper integration of new installations.
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve overall service operations.
