Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to join our culture-driven team. You will provide world-class service, diagnose and repair equipment, and perform routine and after-hours service calls to ensure system uptime.

The ideal candidate brings technical aptitude in building automation, fire alarm and electronic security systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Developing exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
Developing technical skills related to building automation, fire alarm and electronic security systems.
Ability to develop basic programming skills and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

Respond to routine and after-hours service calls; diagnose, repair, replace components and install projects as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
