Qualifications

• Leadership experience in quota-carrying teams (people management or mentoring).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture and drive pipeline.
• Manage sales cycles from lead gen to customer onboarding and targets.
• Develop and own the go-to-market plan for key areas: revenue, growth, expansion.
• Partner with field teams, marketing, engineering, and product for messaging and collateral.
• Expand relationships and act as trusted advisor to executives at customers.
