You will focus on transforming customer outcomes with a consultative, value-based approach and coordinate across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver compelling security solutions.

You will mentor teams, navigate complex sales cycles from pipeline to close, and articulate business use cases that scale across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle (e.g., pipeline management).
• 5 years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields.
• Experience planning, pitching, and executing business and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a security-focused sales team and culture driving future talent and customer security.
• Manage development and pipeline, overseeing end-to-end business cycles from lead generation to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term direction, advising teams and accounts.
