Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead programs that minimize loss while maintaining a safe shopping and working environment across the store. You will coach and train associates, monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure friendly, professional service while reducing shrink.

Travel is occasional; you will lead investigations and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, supporting a secure shopping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or HS diploma with 3 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in retail or asset protection.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds; physically able.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate programs to minimize loss while maintaining a safe environment.
• Monitor inventory levels to help with shrink and shortages.
• Coach and train associates, and oversee safety reports, guidelines and regulations.
• Investigate incidents and support security-related operations.
• Occasionally travel to meetings or training sessions as needed.
