Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Senior Asset Protection Manager to lead safety and loss-prevention efforts across multiple stores in the district. You will train associates, monitor OSHA compliance, and partner with store leadership to reduce inventory shrink and improve safety outcomes.

Travel between stores is frequent, and the role requires a bachelor's degree and several years in retail or asset protection, plus experience with investigations and security systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience (retail or asset protection).
• 3 years of experience conducting retail investigations.
• 2 years of experience supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, direction, training, performance management and recognition.
• 1 year of experience with conducting quality reviews/audits.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing trends and solutions to address inventory shrink across multiple stores.
• Overseeing safety and asset protection programs and processes across multiple stores.
• Ensure OSHA standards and investigations; train and coach associates on Asset Protection programs.
