Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Texas Midland is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to oversee loss prevention, safety compliance, and store operations.

You will lead the AP team, monitor shrink and safety metrics, and coordinate programs to minimize loss while ensuring a safe shopping environment. You will monitor security-related processes, coach staff, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or HS diploma with 3 years of retail or Asset Protection experience.
• Two years supervising employees, including coaching and performance management.
• Two years as a Retail Manager with audit experience.
• Experience analyzing P&L and exception reports.
• Experience conducting retail investigations and using safety systems like CCTV/EAS.
