Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Protection Manager to lead safety and loss prevention across multiple Lowe’s stores. You will supervise asset protection programs, coach store teams, and ensure OSHA standards are met.

This role requires frequent travel within the district and a strong background in retail investigations, supervision, and quality reviews, with a focus on protecting assets and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience (retail or asset protection).
• 3 years of experience conducting retail investigations.
• 2 years supervising employees including coaching, mentoring and training.
• 1 year of experience with quality reviews/audits.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset protection programs across multiple stores.
• Ensure OSHA standards are followed and support investigations.
• Train and coach associates on Asset Protection programs.
• Monitor store safety and loss prevention results.
• Travel frequently between stores within the district.
